hey..weekends have come to an end le...tat means lots of work and stuffs to do again le...busy week coming along for some and some slacking see u all is at which kind ba...
today i guess is the worst day i had in my starting of july only...gosh...i actually ask for it de la...like wth right...which means...i got myself injured lor...which is at the lower back there my same old injury and i guess from non serious is getting very very serious le....now i back one side is swollen le...den hip is pain when i sit...freak man...standing up tat time i can't even stand straight at first only awhile later den i will be able to stand...haiz...die le la...how sia...sianz half...disappointed in myself alot lor...so as so it affected me during my lifegurad cse...unable to swim well in this condition lor...cause is seriously hurting when i use too much of force to it...but i shall ren ba..see how ba..should be able to recover in time by next week wed i hope...i can't afford to miss basketball and swimming and some running...
so this means i'm injured on the outside plus the inside le...haiz....sad man......
